1. When will my order be shipped?

We know that you are eager to receive your package as soon as the order is placed. Kindly allow us a time span of 1-3 days to get your order packed and ready for dispatch. We will ship your order via a reputed courier partner and inform the tracking ID to you via SMS/Email. For any queries at any stage after you place your order, please feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

 

2. Why are our candles priced higher than other candles in the market?

We understand your concern regarding the prices that we quote for our products. Please understand that we use only 100% soy wax to craft our candles.

 

3. How to use/take care of scented candles at home?

Here are some tips that you should follow when using a scented soy wax candle at home:

• Never leave your candle unattended

• Never burn a candle for longer than 4 hours at a time

• Always leave 10cm between two burning candles

• Always leave 5mm of wax in the jar

• Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire

• Do not burn a candle all the way down

• Snuff out the wick, Don’t Blow It

• Always keep your candle out of reach of children and pets

• Avoid burning the candle in an area with too much air flow, such as in front of an AC or directly below a fan.

4. Do I need to buy a candle snuffer separately?

Totally up to you. But if you decide not to, we suggest dipping the candle wick in the melted wax using a long stick, to put out the flame. This will avoid blowing any smoke from the wick. Remember to make the wick upright at the same time.
